Obverse: Kaiser Wilhelm, in front of the "Amerongen" marker, sits on a bag marked "60 millionen mark in gold" while holding a paper in his hand stating, "Mit nur 1000 mk" (Fled with only 1000 marks). Inscription, "Der unbeab sichtigt Schuldige" (The unintentionally guilty). Even the eagle on the helmet recoils at the lie. K-G at 4:00 o'clock rim.
Reverse: Standing around a powder keg, John Bull brokers an agreement as the French hand the Russian's the secret treaty and a bag of gold. Inscription, "Die absichtlich Schuldigen des Weltkriegs" (The Intentionally Guilty ofthe World War).
